This policy covers the mobile games published by Vividia Infosys (“we”, “us”): Block Puzzle, Arrow Escape, Color Sort, Stack Tower, Sudoku Daily and Tower City (the “Games”), on Google Play and the App Store.
The short version
- The Games have no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, photos, contacts or location.
- Your progress, scores and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
- The Games show ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some information from your device to show, measure and protect those ads, as described below.
- You can change your ad choices at any time.
Information stored on your device
To work offline, each Game saves on your device: scores and best scores, level progress and stars, daily-challenge results, statistics, a game in progress, and your settings (sound, vibration, display options). This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it. On Android, your device’s own backup may include it if you have turned backups on.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Games are free and paid for by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. When an ad is requested, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the Game collects and shares with Google, as Google describes for its SDK:
| Information | Used for |
|---|---|
| Device identifiers: on Android the advertising ID and app set ID; on iOS the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking, otherwise an identifier limited to our apps | Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention |
| IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location (city or region, not precise location) | Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention |
| Interactions with ads and the app (for example ad views, taps, app launches) | Advertising, analytics |
| Diagnostics (for example app launch time, crashes and performance of the ad SDK) | Analytics, keeping ads working |
This information is encrypted in transit. Google processes it under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive information that identifies you personally from Google; we see only aggregated reports (such as how many ads were shown).
Ads are limited to content suitable for a general audience. Personalised ads are shown only where the law allows and you have agreed (see below); otherwise ads may be non-personalised or limited.
Your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and some US states): the Games ask for your choice through Google’s consent message before personalised ads are shown. You can change it any time in the Game: Settings → Privacy choices.
- iPhone and iPad: the Games ask before using the advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency). You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording varies by device).
- To stop all data collection by the Games, uninstall them.
Rewarded videos
Some features (an extra life, a hint, an extra vial) can be earned by choosing to watch a video ad. Watching is always optional. Rewards are granted on your device and have no monetary value.
Children
The Games are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Retention and deletion
We do not keep personal information about you. Information on your device stays until you uninstall the Game. For information Google collects for advertising, see Google’s policies above; you can also manage it at My Ad Center.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. Because we hold no personal information about you, most requests are answered by the choices above; we will still help with any request sent to the contact below. We do not sell personal information for money.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the Games’ store listings.
