Do you work with clients outside Nepal?

Yes. We work with organizations in Nepal and abroad. Collaboration happens over video calls, shared tools, and clear written updates; Kathmandu time (UTC +5:45) overlaps with European mornings and most of Asia's working day.

How does a project usually start?

With a conversation, then a short discovery phase. You leave discovery with a written scope, a prioritized release plan, and a recommended architecture—so decisions are made on paper before they are expensive.

Can you take over an existing product or website?

Yes. We begin with a review of the code, infrastructure, and documentation, agree what to stabilize first, and then improve in short cycles.
