Where is my progress saved?
On your device. There is no account, so progress does not move to a new phone and is removed if you uninstall the game.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Every game works fully offline. Ads simply do not appear without a connection, and rewarded extras are given anyway.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the game: Settings → Privacy choices (shown where your region requires it). On iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. See the games privacy policy.
Are the pieces or puzzles rigged?
No. Block Puzzle’s pieces depend only on the board and chance. In Arrow Escape and Color Sort, levels get a little easier or harder based only on how your own recent levels went (stars, retries, hints), never on who you are, where you are, or whether you watch ads. Daily challenges are the same for everyone. Every Arrow Escape and Color Sort level is checked by a solver, and every Sudoku has exactly one solution.
How do I turn off sound or vibration?
Open Settings (the gear on the home screen).
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the game. We do not hold any of your game data on our side.
