These terms apply to Block Puzzle, Arrow Escape, Color Sort, Stack Tower, Sudoku Daily and Tower City (the “Games”) published by Vividia Infosys. By playing, you agree to them. If you downloaded a Game from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using the Games
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the Games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Games, or use them in any unlawful way.
Free to play, supported by ads
The Games are free and show ads. Some extras can be earned by choosing to watch a rewarded video. Rewards, scores, stars and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Fair play
Pieces, levels and puzzles are generated from the game state and a random source. In level games, difficulty can also follow your own recent results in that game (stars, retries, help used). Nothing depends on who you are, where you are, or whether you watch ads or buy anything, and daily challenges are the same for everyone.
Your progress
Progress is saved on your device only. If you uninstall a Game or lose your device, your progress may be lost; we cannot restore it.
Privacy
How the Games handle information, including the ads served by Google AdMob, is described in the games privacy policy.
No warranty
The Games are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Games. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update the Games and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
